A designer, engineer,

and chronic side questor

Hi again, I'm Kai!

Computer Science B.S. at UCLA

My passion lies in designing the tools that make our everyday lives more delightful.

Growing up, I had hundreds of apps on my phone, and I tried every one. I obsessed over finding the latest and greatest software to propel my creativity. That curiosity showed me how much software can change lives, and how often the tools with the most potential only reach the tech-savvy.

As a product designer, my north star is to close that gap. I design accessible, intuitive tools that anyone with a phone can pick up and use, whatever their background or technical skill.

In my free time, I love to swim in scenic places, backpack around alpine lakes, and delusionally bake the most difficult recipes.
